Hello! My name is Ms. Harris and I am super excited for my second year teaching first grade at Franklin Academy. I am thrilled to get to know my first grade students and begin the 2019-2020 school year. Our class will be a warm environment filled with lots of learning and fun! I am passionate about working with children and cherish this opportunity to see my students grow and develop through the school year.

A few things about me: I grew up in South Florida and ventured to the cold Midwest to get my Bachelors degree at the University of Michigan... Go Blue! I have two dogs, Lylah and Riley. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, baking, cheering on the Miami Heat and spending time with my family.
